Our Mommy & Me program brings caregivers and their little ones together for music, movement, sensory play, arts and crafts in a warm, community-centered environment.
Mommy & Me at Concordia is designed for children aged 1 to 3 and their caregivers, parents, grandparents, nannies, or anyone who plays a central role in a young child's life. No prior school experience needed, and no separation required.
Each session is a relaxed, joyful 45-60 minutes filled with music, movement, sensory play, simple crafts, and free exploration. Children build social awareness and early skills while caregivers connect with each other and with our teaching team.
Currently we offer a weekly session in English and a weekly session in French.
Every detail of our mommy & me is designed with your child's growth, happiness, and future in mind.
No separation required, caregivers stay and participate in every session.
Songs, rhythm instruments, dancing, and movement games in English or French.
Age-appropriate sensory bins, simple art projects, and hands-on exploration every session.
Small-group setting allows each child to feel comfortable and engaged.

Any caregiver and their child aged 1 to 3. Parents, grandparents, nannies, and au pairs are all welcome.
Yes, caregivers stay and participate for the full session. This is a together program, not a drop-off program.

Absolutely, many families use Mommy & Me as a wonderful first step before transitioning their child into our Toddler Program.
